Automatic double head miter saw designed for straight and miter cuts of aluminum and UPVC. The saw operates automatically via PLC control, and cut lists can be generated by manual input on the touch screen. With label printing function, it can be used with our CNC drilling and milling center, and the processing efficiency is higher.
1. Feature
1. High precision spindle ensures stable rotation of saw blade and effectively improves surface quality of workpiece.
2. Automatic head rotation, bidirectional positioning, clamping, single head can work independently. Automatic opening and closing protective cover,Make operation safer.
3. The saw blade automatically swings into 45° and 90° angles, automatically opens and closes the protective cover, so that the operation is safer.
4. Gas-liquid damping cylinder to achieve uniform feed speed regulation, smooth movement.
