● The main shaft adopts an air-cooled electric main shaft with a power of 2×6KW and a speed of 0~18000
revolutions/min. It has high precision, good safety and high reliability.
● Equipped with professional CAD-CAM programming software. Automatic conversion of processing G codes,
simple operation, high efficiency, and low labor intensity.
● The worktable is turned over 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, and the profile can be processed on three sides in one
clamping. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be achieved by
turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. .
● The automatic pump oil supply system is adopted, and the cutter adopts a system-controlled spray cooling
device.
● The main parts of the machine tool adopt steel structure and all undergo aging treatment.
